After more than 20 years working in manufacturing, smart building solutions, software solutions partnering with a few challenged many of my assumptions about product development and innovation.

In a surprisingly short time, I realised that much of the traditional approach I had followed could be improved. True innovation isn’t a linear process of designing, manufacturing and selling. It’s a continuous cycle of design, testing, prototyping, refinement, manufacturing, feedback and evolution. New technologies emerge, protocols develop, market requirements change, and products must adapt.
