Throughout my careers, I’ve discovered that my strongest natural abilities lie in leadership, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams. One of the most defining examples was when I recruited a Professor from the University of Hertfordshire along with PhD graduates to strengthen our R&D capability. By blending their academic expertise with the experience of our existing engineers, I helped transform a group of basic Java developers into advanced AI architects.

This team—soon known across the industry as the “Golden Team”—became one of the most sought‑after R&D units in the sector. With more than twelve competitors signing NDAs, we supported organisations in adopting AI and data‑driven decision‑making to reshape their market strategies.

Over the last four years, I’ve partnered with multiple cybersecurity companies, identifying critical weaknesses in their testing environments and guiding them toward more resilient, modernised solutions.

Across the past decade, I’ve led teams in delivering cutting‑edge technology within the PropTech industry. Most recently, I oversaw the creation of the SLINK platform, including the supporting hardware that enables seamless communication between devices and real‑time data collection across building management systems. This platform delivered proven results—over 40% energy savings across 1,500 apartments in a single deployment.

Connecting residents was the first step in a broader digital transformation journey. What followed exceeded expectations: enabling residents to book community trips directly through the IP intercom became a breakthrough moment, demonstrating how everyday interactions could generate meaningful data and unlock new service opportunities.
