AI – CCTV and Access Control

This project required quick out the box thinking. Using multiple brands we discovered that AWS platform tools and applications could be coded to develop AI face recognition, HID Access Control and Intelligent Locking systems.

Intelligent Building System

For years, BMS, MVHR, Access Control and Climate‑control systems struggled to operate as a unified ecosystem.

Over the last eight years with my previous company, we engineered and delivered SaaS‑ and AI‑driven solutions that finally brought these traditionally siloed systems together — integrating third‑party equipment across BMS, HVAC, Access Control, IP door entry and MVHR into a single, intelligent platform.

In 2025, I met an exceptional technology company already delivering what we had been building — but faster, smarter, fully open‑protocol, more compliant and far more efficient. They’ve taken the concept to a level that genuinely transforms large‑scale, prestige projects.

Orcomm Smart Home

Zigbee Smart Lighting controls, allowing 3rd party climate and shading devices to connect.

Design and implemented a large ECO system allowing multiple API and integrations to 3rd party Smart Home technology partners. Cloud server with mobile app.
